Born in Pasadena, California, Gary L. Moody, graduated Blair High School in 1968, completed undergraduate education in 1976 with B.A. in Sociology from CSULA. Post graduate education at Cal Poly Pomona (Public Administration) 1977-81, and received Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in October 2008.

Through the above work related experience dating from 1979 to 1981, CMI CONSULTANTS (August 1981) was created as an adjunct to Crown Cities Martial Arts Center, Inc. in addition to being one of the founders of the Pasadena Inception Committee, a community advocacy group. CMI CONSULTANTS was developed as the consultant component in direct collaboration with the administrative and Executive Board of Directors of CCMAC, Inc.

CMI CONSULTANTS provides Program Development for small businesses, curriculum Development for public and private educational institutions, and special projects/events for community based organizations. CMI CONSULTANTS also provides executive consulting for major record labels, production companies, and various entertainment venues.

CMI CONSULTANTS is celebrating 30 years of consulting in California with clients from Sacramento to San Diego and has expanded its client base to Detroit, Philadelphia, Albany, Houston, New Orleans, and Dallas. With the addition of the internet, CMI CONSULTANTS is enjoying a global presence through its entertainment division Entertainment Concepts International/RA-DAZE Productions, with clients in the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Japan, and most recently New Zealand.
