Moody, as an adjunct to Crown Cities Martial Arts Center, Inc. in addition to being one of the founders of the Pasadena Inception Committee, a community advocacy group. CMI CONSULTANTS was developed as the consultant component in direct collaboration with the administrative and Executive Board of Directors of CCMAC, Inc.

With the addition of the internet, CMI CONSULTANTS is enjoying a global presence through its entertainment division, Entertainment Concepts International, with clients in the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Japan, and most recently New Zealand.

CMI CONSULTANTS provides program development services for small businesses and non-profits, develops business proposals, provides career development, consultation, resource management, curriculum development for public and private educational institutions, and special projects/events for community based organizations. CMI also provides, executive consulting for major record labels, production companies, and various venues.

CMI CONSULTANTS operates two additional companies, Crown Cities Community Development Corporation (CCCDC), a 501©3 non-profit corporation and Entertainment Concepts International which are enjoying success independently.

Crown Cities Community Development Corporation (CCCDC) was founded in the year 2004 through the Pasadena/Altadena Black Male Forum. This was the result of a vision by the charter membership dating back to 1989. CCCDC was the culmination of ideas and issues that were the concerns of the community its membership worked in, lived in, and parented.

Crown Cities Community Development Corporation engages people that want to "do" not just "talk". We support and collaborate with people who are willing to sacrifice their time and effort to regenerate our community and our families. We continue to look for organizational collaborations willing to go the "extra mile" with our youth and show that patience and experience with education are the keys to success. We need individuals willing to mentor "long term" and willing to fill the gap left by a missing parent. We want effective leadership that bridges the "generation gap" providing relative ideas and visions which can develop a spiritual mandate that is moral and ethical.
